Sunshines: (Ages 3) This instructional 55 minute coed class is designed for children to work specifically on gymnastics skills by developing awareness and coordination without the assistance of parents. Children will begin to develop gross motor skills under direction of their lead coach and utilizing our recreational gymnastics equipment. Tiny Tots: (Ages 2-3 years) This instructional 45 minute coed class is designed for parents to be on “stand-by” and near the gym floor, as we begin to transition our tots to attending class independently. Children will be using our recreational gymnastics equipment. We’ll be working on developing gross motor skills through movement and balance.
